How to Treat Yourself Happy


Why do you look so upset buddy?
It such you don’t know how to create the happiness for yourself. To be sure, the happiness comes from you, not from the other persons. Everyone has their own problem in their social life, including you and me absolutely. Never assume that you’re the only one who has complicated trouble in this word; undoubtedly that’s not true. Well, here some ways how to gain the happiness.


1.      Thankful
Sometimes people don’t realize how lucky they are by comparing with others. You could breathe normally, but some others couldn’t. You could do anything what you want, yet some nations couldn’t. You might live with your parents, beside, others mightn’t. You are still alive, but some people had passed away. Thus, you should be grateful what you had gotten and what you had done in your unusual life.

2.      Travelling
Pack your suitcase and travel where ever you want without thinking a lot. It’s better if you decide having a trip with your best friends due to having a lot of jokes and amusements. You can arrange the best plan ever together; drinking coffee while chit chats at coffee shop near the city, taking silly picture, doing foolish thing, and being crazy together. However, having a self-planned trip is not bad at all. Sometimes folks need to be alone for appeasement; self-reflection. Furthermore, single-trip can teach you something new such getting lost along your path; it teaches you how to find yourself better after settling some anxieties.

3.      Going to a bookstore
A bookstore is one of the best places to visit when you aren’t in a good mood. Why? Firstly, you could wrap your favorite book as you like. Then, you could read a new book or novel in a bookstore despite you don’t really want to buy it (my own experience, wkwkkwwk). Next, it’s fine if you only do window-shopping guys, just for fun. After all, finding a new friend (modus, wkwkwkwk) is also a marvelous overview. You might pretend to hunt a good novel and ask someone to make up one’s mind for you, or you could share each other about your treasure book or novel. Don’t you think that is awesome idea to find someone special in a bookstore, dude? wkwkkkwkwk

4.      Shopping
Anyone here likes shopping? Yes, I am assuredly. Almost all of the societies like to do this activity, is it right? Definitely YES (forcing others to say yes, hihiiiiiii). You might obtain more commodities as you can purchase them. Appreciate yourself by purchasing your special stuff such collecting a new bag, dress, shoes, novel, etc. Besides, you could only do window shopping if you don’t have enough money (eyes rolling).

5.      Wearing the best costume
Unquestionably, wearing the best clothes which you ever had is one of the best resolutions reached; it will increase your confident straightly. Then, selecting the best dress will reduce your bad mood, concerning produce a good feeling and make you blissful all of the time indeed.

6.      Alms giving
Offering something without reason will create the happiness for you, regarding the sincerity. You can treat your friends some foods or buy something such a gift to make them delighted; their pleasant will affect your mood. Alms is not only giving something to others but also helping others. When your friend needs a help, put your arm on her/his to abet settling a case. You’ll be a beneficial person after helping others and feel lucky definitely.
