Getting Good Healthy




People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good healthy? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. It is a well-known fact that healthy live can make long life. Persons do many different ways to life healthy. I prefer to have healthy foods and sports for getting good healthy.




Having a good healthy is a desire all of the people because nobody want to get sick in this world, except a person who is not normal. Therefore, we have to retain our healthy. I prefer to have healthy life with getting of healthy food such as vegetables, fruits, milks, and eggs. I will consume different healthy food, everyday. For example, I have to consume milk when I get breakfast and every night before I go to the bed. Then, I have to consume vegetables when I get lunch and dinner. Next, I have to take eggs one time a day to add my protein. After that, I have to take fruits every eating time such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I prefer to get different fruits every taking a meal. If I consume apple when I have breakfast, I consume orange and mango when I have lunch, and I consume grape and melon at night.
Eventually, I prefer to do sport for getting a good healthy. In illustration, I do gymnastic on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday morning. Then, I do jogging on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday in the afternoon because I am on diet. Moreover, I go swimming if I have a free time with my sister or my friends.
To sum up, getting a good healthy is my desire. To get it, I prefer to consume healthy food and do sport every day. I suggest that you have to keep your health if you want to have a long life in the world. You have to consume a good meal, and you also have to do sport everyday or when you have free time to complete it all.
